Flooring Installer – Herringbone Hybrid

Key Responsibilities
  • Install herringbone pattern hybrid and engineered timber floors to AS 1884 standards.
  • Prepare subfloors, apply adhesives, and carry out finishing with precision.
  • Work closely with project managers, clients, and other trades to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and maintain site safety.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in herringbone hybrid and timber flooring installation.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian Standards (AS 1884) for resilient flooring.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings.
  • Proven track record on high-end residential and commercial projects.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to workmanship.

Salary
  • $112,500 base salary + superannuation (per year).
  • This reflects the specialist nature of the role and is compliant with Fair Work standards.

Location

  • Brisbane, Queensland.
  • Full-time, permanent role.
