Brisbane, Queensland, Australia Epic Flooring Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and executing commercial flooring projects.

The sales team will hand the job over once it's been won and signed, and you will then take the job through to job completion.

This entails office-based admin at the start, to coordinate orders and labour, through to onsite management, then job closeout and handover.

It will be approximately a 50/50 mix of in-office vs onsite work, but it will change depending on the jobs you are running.

The successful applicant will be provided with a phone plan, Toll tag, fuel card, and either car or car allowance.  An annual discretionary bonus will also be offered.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

  • Review files handed over from sales, making sure that orders have been placed, products align, and all documentation is clear.
  • Liaising with salaried and subcontracted installers to schedule them to complete the job
  • Discussing with clients/builders/customers the project to agree on timeframes and approach.
  • Oversee and be the point of contact for installers and clients to make sure they are on site and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Close out and hand over the job back to the client defect-free

Quality & Safety Control:

  • Ensure all flooring installations meet company quality standards and industry regulations.
  • Enforce safety protocols on site and conduct regular inspections.

Team Leadership:

  • Provide guidance, training, and support to personnel.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts to maintain workflow.

Reporting & Communication:

  • Maintain detailed records of project progress, materials usage, and time logs.
  • Report directly to management at Epic Flooring Pty Ltd and update on project milestones.
  • Monitor, maintain, order, and submit any variations/change orders as they are raised
