Finished Your Way is offering an exciting apprenticeship opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a Floor Finisher and Coverer Apprentice. This is your chance to earn while you learn, working alongside qualified tradies in a supportive environment while completing your Certificate III in Flooring Technology.

We specialise in all aspects of flooring—from preparation to installation—across residential and commercial projects. You'll gain hands-on experience with a wide range of materials, including carpet, vinyl plank, hybrid, timber, herringbone, carpet tiles, and rubber.

We're looking for someone reliable, motivated, and safety-conscious, with the drive to learn and the ability to handle physical work. If you're enthusiastic about building a career in the flooring industry and ready to get stuck into a great trade, we'd love to hear from you.

To be successful you will need to have the following:

  • Ability to undertake physically demanding work
  • Be reliable and punctual
  • Motivated and keen to learn
  • Commitment and enthusiasm with a genuine interest in the flooring industry
  • Follow direction
  • Be safety conscious
  • Ability to get to and from work independently
