What we are looking for:

A high performing individual to drive success at our Parramatta Clinic. This is a role for someone passionate about beauty and aesthetics and is also a customer experience and business development expert.

You will have a proactive approach to client consultations, building relationships and presenting the best solutions for our clients to achieve their skin and body goals. While you may perform the occasional treatment, this role is all about nurturing our team, clinic and clients while delivering business results

Skills & Experience:

  • Management and/or Sales experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role and environment
  • Technical skills in skin assessments and treatments
  • Confident performing medi-aesthetic treatments such as peels and microneedling
  • Warm and welcoming, you make every client interaction count with a polished approached
  • You are not not afraid to pick up the phone and tell our clients about exciting offers
  • Superior customer service and care commitment
  • The ability to work in a fast pace and continually changing environment
  • An outgoing and vibrant personality with exceptional communication skills
  • Able to complete patient notes, strong technology and computer skills
  • Diploma of Beauty Therapy or an Advanced Diploma of Dermal Therapy/Science an advantage but not essential
