purebaked. is an Australian owned and operated bakery manufacturer located in Botany, Sydney. We specialise in premium, quality Artisan par bake bread. Our recipes are preservative, soy and dairy free – niche to market. We offer a wide range of quality bread to a range of prestige customers across Australia.

Due to growth, we are looking to employ a bakery 2IC to join our team. Reporting to our Head of Bakery, the position will work across several functions of our facility including bakery, packing and dispatch. Experience in food production is essential. Training will also be provided.

The role involves some lifting; you must be literate and numerally capable to follow recipes and measure ingredients and complete production forms. Forklift operation is essential. A forklift licence is highly regarded, or a willingness to obtain a licence. Certificate 3 in baking or similar is highly regarded.

This is a permanent position and will suit if you are currently working in food production and looking for a promotion or step up towards developing into a production management role. We are seeking a person who is capable and a team member with a willingness to aspire to higher position within our company.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
