We're Hiring 2IC / Assistant Centre Manager – Childcare Centre

Location: East Hills

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

About the Role:

As our 2IC (Assistant Centre Manager), you'll support the Centre Director in the daily operations of the service. You'll help lead our team, ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and create a positive, inclusive environment for children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Centre Director with day-to-day operations and administration
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate educators to deliver quality programs
  • Assist with enrolments, staff rosters, and family communication
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the community

About You:

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
  • At least 2 years' experience in a leadership or senior educator role
  • Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and regulatory standards
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
  • Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification
