We're on the hunt for a confident, switched-on Front of House 2IC to join our team.

This role is about leading from the floor — setting the tone, supporting service, and keeping the small details that make a big difference running smoothly.

What you'll be doing:

  • Running shifts alongside our General Manager and stepping up in their absence

  • Leading service with calm, clarity and care

  • Training and supporting a young, motivated team

  • Managing bookings, floor flow and guest experience with confidence

  • Helping us raise the bar with every shift — one guest, one table, one moment at a time

Who we're looking for:

  • A natural communicator who thrives in a busy, guest-focused environment

  • Someone with solid restaurant or bar experience, ideally in a leadership or supervisor role

  • A hands-on problem solver — unflappable under pressure

  • Team-minded with a genuine interest in hospitality, food and people

  • Ready to take ownership and grow into a long-term leadership position
