The Role & Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting for a 2IC

In our specialist Orange store we are looking for a key retailer who is outgoing, hardworking and ambitious that want to share our vision of reconnecting people to the joys of food Our goal is to build teams of enthusiastic experts that love working for us and offer our loyal customers something special. 

Responsibilities

  • Determining product mix, stock levels and service standards
  • Promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services
  • Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
  • Undertaking budgeting for the establishment
  • Controlling selection, training and supervision of staff
  • Supporting the Store Manager in business operations
  • Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
