ICONS|Rauxel is on the lookout for a detail-loving, number-crunching, spreadsheet-slaying Accounts Assistant to join our tight-knit team in Mount Kuring-Gai.

This part-time position (we prefer 5 shorter days each week) plays a key role in supporting our finance team with the day-to-day processing of transactions and reporting — ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers and thrives on structure and accuracy.

What you'll be doing:
  • Accurate and timely data entry
  • Handling Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Assisting with month-end reconciliations
  • Maintaining a high standard of financial control and risk awareness
  • Supporting the preparation of accounting reports for management
Who we're looking for:
  • 2–3+ years of experience in a similar accounts role
  • Previous exposure to a manufacturing environment is a bonus
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP BusinessOne
  • Sharp attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A proactive attitude with great organisation and time management.
