Imagine managing beautiful coastal homes surrounded by pristine beaches, lakes, and bushland — all while working with a supportive, community-driven team. Pacific Palms Real Estate is looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to lead our property management division in Smiths Lake, NSW.

This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys mentoring others, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional experience for landlords and tenants alike.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee a portfolio of residential properties, managing inspections, lease renewals, maintenance, and tenant communications
  • Lead and support a small team of Property Managers, offering guidance, coaching, and direction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, providing updates and strategic advice to maximise their investments
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance, ensuring properties are presented to a high standard
  • Stay current with tenancy legislation and implement compliant, efficient processes
  • Contribute to the continued growth and innovation of our property management division

What we're looking for

  • Experience in property management, with a strong track record of successfully managing a portfolios efficiently and professionally
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of Property Managers
  • Thorough understanding of relevant tenancy laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex situations effectively
  • Proficient in the use of property management software and technology
