We are seeking a Senior Insights Manager reporting to our Head of Category, you'll will be the engine room of data-led decision-making working at the intersection of category, marketing, revenue growth and brand strategy.

You will lead the development of category growth drivers—particularly for our Core portfolio—drawing on internal analytics and external research to inform our category growth strategies which will intersect with innovation, brand strategy, sales strategy and customer engagement.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead development of category growth drivers embedding these into brand planning, channel strategies and customer presentations
  • Insight generation and storytelling through analytical support for brand strategy, NPD pipeline decisions, pricing, promotions etc.
  • Data management and visualisation from major data sources (Circana, Quantium), building intuitive dashboards and reports.
  • External research and thought leadership driving and coordinating research, shopper deep dives, monitoring trends and forward-looking insights
  • Team leadership and stakeholder engagement with one team member and a variety of internal and external stakeholders

What you'll bring

  • Extensive experience in insights, category development or commercial analytics in FMCG or related industries
  • Proven ability to lead both data analysis and insight storytelling at a strategic level
  • Experience with platforms such as Circana, Nielsen, Quantium, Power BI, and Excel
  • Strong working knowledge of category strategy, growth drivers, and shopper behaviour
  • Experience in working with external research partners and methodologies
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders
  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Analytics or a related field
