What you'll be doing

The Senior Property Manager will be responsible for managing our property management operations in Sydney. You will establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners, taking full responsibility for daily operations across our managed portfolio. The role ensures a seamless experience from onboarding new managements through to vacancy, leasing, and reletting, aligning with the company brand, client expectations, compliance, and regulations. This is also a leadership role, providing guidance and mentorship to our current Property Manager and improving team performance.

About you

You will bring:

  • A current
    Class 1 Real Estate License
    .
  • 5+ years' experience
    in residential property management.
  • Exposure to commercial property management (advantageous).
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and implement procedures.
  • Strong leadership, and coaching capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and property management software (e.g., PropertyMe, Property Tree, REST).
