About the role

We are seeking a strategic, commercially minded, and proactive
Senior Account Manager
to join our Sydney sales team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients, build strong relationships with new customers, and drive growth across exciting brand partnerships. You'll thrive in a creative, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, balancing competing priorities while keeping clients at the heart of everything you do. With a strong pipeline of leads provided, this is an opportunity to make an immediate impact and grow key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute quarterly sales and account plans to grow key accounts and meet revenue targets.
  • Manage a pod of existing clients, providing guidance on annual merchandise plans, quotes, and proposals.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with marketing executives and key decision-makers.
  • Ensure client deadlines are met by partnering with internal Design, Production, and Warehouse teams.
  • Maintain data integrity in Salesforce, tracking client contacts, negotiations, open projects, and pending deadlines.
  • Target new leads through referrals, marketing-generated leads, and ad-hoc outreach to maintain a robust pipeline.
  • Conduct research for client proposals, delivering merchandise concepts that are twice as nice.
  • Provide exceptional client service, proactively resolving issues and supporting brand-aligned, ROI-driven merchandise campaigns.

About our ideal candidate

We're looking for an
experienced Senior Account Manager
with:

  • A minimum of
    10 years' experience
    in fast-paced account management,
    must have experience within promotional products, merchandise, or brand activation.
  • Proven commercial acumen and the ability to hit ambitious sales targets.
  • Experience managing relationships with senior marketing executives and multiple stakeholders.
  • Salesforce experience and strong skills in Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and organisation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment with competing priorities.
  • A passion for design, merchandise, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
