We are on the hunt for a Customer Service Superstar to join our friendly in house team and help spread the coffee love

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Answering inbound customer calls and emails in a warm, friendly, professional manner
  • Processing orders and assisting with delivery enquiries
  • Troubleshooting customer queries and providing solutions
  • Building relationships with customers and making them feel valued
  • Supporting our amazing Account Managers with their customer queries
  • Making outbound calls to follow up on orders and check in with our coffee-loving community

What We're Looking For:

  • A passion for customer service – you love helping people
  • Strong communication skills (bonus points if you can chat about coffee all day)
  • Confidence using computer systems and applications & handling multiple tasks
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Previous customer service, sales or call centre experience
  • High level initiative and problem-solving capability
