Smoke Alarm Solutions, Australia's number one smoke alarm inspection, installation and maintenance service, is currently looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Operations team based in Eagle Farm.

You'll be part of a supportive and high-performing team that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional service — all within a fun and inclusive workplace.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Be the first point of contact for clients, tenants, and technicians who need assistance with jobs via phone and email
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored support
  • Schedule appointments and manage service bookings
  • Complete general administration tasks
  • Stay informed on our products and services

You will be trained in customer service, supporting our field staff, and scheduling, giving you a well-rounded understanding of our operations.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous customer service experience (2 years minimum)
  • Call centre experience is preferred for this role
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • A team player with a problem-solving mindset
  • CRM experience (desirable)
  • Must have Australian work rights
