About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Logistic and Production Coordinator to join our growing team in Goulburn. This is a permanent, full-time role overseeing a small team within our Production and Logistics team. You'll be responsible for ensuring customers have their delivery in full, on time and within budget. This is more than just a scheduling job — it's your chance to join our growing team

Role Requirements


• Coordinate the daily allocation of deliveries across our customers Australia wide.


• Plan and optimise vehicle routes for timely and cost-effective delivery.


• Respond quickly to changes, delays, and customer needs.


• Liaise with various departments to ensure frictionless customer service.


• Manage a small team of drivers and despatch operators throughout the day


• Uphold Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and safety standards.


• Comply with NHVR and Fatigue management


• Clear documentation

About you


• Must have experience dealing with logistics in the heavy vehicle industry.


• Knowledge of NSW geography and metro delivery constraints.


• Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills


• Excellent communicator, both in person and via phone or email


• Team player with a flexible and hands-on attitude


• Experience working in a fastmoving environment, with the ability to effectively multitask a broad workload.


• Sound knowledge of the construction industry, with an awareness of site challenges.


• Outstanding attention to detail and time management skills


• Strong Computer skills


• A positive and innovative approach to work
