INCU COLLECTION PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

As a Production Coordinator, you are the operational backbone of the product lifecycle for Incu Collection. With accuracy and efficiency, you will manage technical documentation, supplier communications, and logistics to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality garments that align with the brand ethos.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Trend and market research
  • CADS
  • Create PO orders to place production orders with suppliers and raise orders in AP21
  • Measuring Garments and recording all fit measurments in size specification sheets
  • End to end fit process - Proto to shipment sample
  • Updating Production Tech Packs - Process proto and PP fit/design comments ensuring all accurate fit and design updates are recorded in size specs and design sheets
  • Lab dip and strike off management with suppliers
  • Manage Care Label Information and approvals
  • Delivery and Logistics Management - co-ordination of import documentation involving invoicing, shipping and freight documentation where required
  • Wear Testing
  • Responsible for keeping up to date with the ongoing critical path making sure all timelines are met and proto samples as well as SMS are delivered on time.
  • Critical Path Maitenence / Actively Run Weekly WIP meetings ensuring both sampling development and production styles are on track to meet key dates
  • Schedule Sample Review Meetings with Buyers and Senior Stakeholders ensuring all production style updates and product development progress is communicated and signed off.
  • Aligning with Incu's core values and adding value to the office culture
  • Being a well-rounded team player who is willing adjust to different tasks and willing to roll up sleeves to do whatever is necessary to deliver results

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in a similar role
  • Garment and fitting skills
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Experience with AP21 would be advantageous
  • Experience in offshore manufacturing, shipping and logistics
