Surry Hills, New South Wales, Australia tfml Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year

TFM.Digital
is on the hunt for a driven
Growth Manager
to lead our expansion into the New South Wales market. With strong roots in Queensland, we're building momentum across Australia — and we need someone who can open doors, build partnerships, and close deals in NSW.

If you're a natural business developer who thrives on networking, pitching, and making things happen, this is your chance to take ownership of a growth market and make your mark.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Driving business development in NSW — building a strong pipeline of opportunities and managing leads from first touch to close.
  • Leading cold outreach to NSW-based businesses and decision makers.
  • Owning the sales process: running 2nd calls, close calls, and in-person/virtual meetings.
  • Building partnerships with PR, creative, and media agencies across NSW.
  • Representing TFM at conferences, networking events, and industry meetups.
  • Collaborating with the Growth Director on NSW growth strategies.
  • Using HubSpot CRM to keep activity and pipelines clean, accurate, and up to date.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record in business development or sales, ideally within marketing, advertising, or digital services.
  • Someone who's confident in cold outreach and knows how to convert conversations into clients.
  • Strong communicator, presenter, and relationship builder.
  • Comfortable pitching to decision makers and handling close calls.
  • Knowledge of the NSW market and networks is a big plus.
  • Self-starter who can work independently while staying aligned with the broader Growth team.
