Now with Head Chef Joe Valero at the helm, Lottie enters a new phase. Rooted in memory, spiced with imagination, and plated with purpose. Born in Guadalajara and shaped by kitchens across Sydney and Latin America, Joe brings a fresh voice to Lottie's story.
About The Role:
To thrive in this position, you will need an exceptional attention to detail. As Restaurant Manager, you will ensure impeccable standards in both the quality of food served and the service provided. Your ultimate goal is to go above and beyond, exceeding guest expectations and leaving them thoroughly satisfied. As a Restaurant Manager, you are driven by a relentless pursuit for excellence, aiming to set the benchmark for being best in class within the industry. While mentoring your team to be the next leaders of the industry.
The ultimate goal is to exceed customer expectations, leaving them thoroughly satisfied and wanting for nothing.
Prior experience in a hatted venue is essential, along with a keen eye for detail to maintain the consistent quality of our offerings. Experience in a large-scale venue or hotel environment is preferred.
