Just finished school and looking for your first step into the workforce? Ray White Compass Group is looking for a bright and enthusiastic Junior Administrator to join our friendly, community-focused team.

No prior real estate experience? No problem We'll provide full training and support. All you need is a positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Summary:

We are seeking a Junior Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the organisation. The Junior Administrator will be expected to perform a variety of tasks, including data entry, filing, answering phones, and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

What you'll do:

  • Be the welcoming face of our office – phones, emails, greeting clients
  • Assist with day-to-day admin: data entry, filing, and preparing documents
  • Support marketing and team projects
  • Keep the office running smoothly with supplies and organisation
  • Learn our real estate systems and processes
  • Jump in to help front-of-house and the wider team as needed
