About the Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented and approachableAdministration Assistantto support the day-to-day operations of our Lyndoch Living facility. In this pivotal front-line role, you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-level administrative support to the Facility Manager and team
- Answering calls, greeting visitors, and handling general inquiries
- Maintaining accurate records and resident documentation
- Assisting with rostering, data entry, and compliance reporting
- Supporting staff onboarding and HR administration
- Ensuring office supplies and systems are maintained efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in administration, preferably in aged care, health, or community services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office systems
- A positive, respectful, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with empathy
Requirements
- Previous experience required
- Minimum Certificate of Education or equivalent.
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working Rights in Australia
- Tech savvy, ability to learn new systems ie. CRM AlayaCare, 3CX
- Friendly, warm and welcoming attitude
- Strong customer service skills, empathetic phone manner to manage calls from our aging community
