About us

Established in 2011, we are a locally owned and operated equipment hire company based in Canberra.  We stock over 600 elevated work platforms, plant machinery and a variety of rental equipment.  Our office is fast paced, friendly, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service and customer care.

Who We're Looking For

Our team is looking for a friendly and professional addition to assist with a wide range of daily duties. As an excellent communicator you will assist the team in providing exceptional customer service. You will work towards providing our customers an excellent experience each and every time they hire from us.

Qualifications & experience

· Professional and friendly phone manner.

· Excellent computer skills.

· Customer service experience.

· Attention to detail.

Tasks & responsibilities

· Providing excellent customer service

· Follow-up calls to keep the energy with our customer base active, generating leads and building relationships.

· Assist with marketing ideas and communicating with our client database to update them on new equipment and exciting things happening within the business
