The Role

Storite Systems' is seeking an experienced Installation Supervisor to join our growing team in Canning Vale, Western Australia. As the Installation Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in the successful installation and implementation of our storage solutions for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the installation of warehouse racking and storage solutions to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards
  • Liaise with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and timely delivery of services
  • Complete check measures and site surveys to ensure seamless onsite service for our clients
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process, ensuring minimal disruption to the client's operations
  • Provide guidance and support to installers, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and safety
  • Manage inventory, tools, and equipment to optimise efficiency and minimise downtime
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of installation processes and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to projects and team performance

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Installation Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of storage systems and installation best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, project managers, and installation teams
  • Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills to quickly identify and resolve issues
  • Proficient in the use of project management tools and software
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Relevant qualifications in construction, project management, or a related field are highly desirable
