
S26 Electrical Supervisor

Join one of WA's leading integrated water and infrastructure companies. Allied Pumps designs, builds, and maintains industry-leading pumping, treatment, and storage systems across mining, commercial, and utilities sectors.
We're seeking a trade-qualified S26 Electrical Supervisor to lead and coordinate electrical works in our Project team and field/service operations. This role is ideal for a technically strong, safety-minded leader who thrives on delivering high-quality outcomes in dynamic, multi-disciplinary environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate all site electrical installation and commissioning activities for projects and associated contracts.
• Plan and allocate labour and resources to meet project deadlines and QA/QC standards.
• Provide on-site leadership and mentoring for Allied Pumps electricians and subcontractors.
• Ensure all work complies with AS/NZS 3000, client specifications, and internal HSEQ requirements.
• Conduct testing, inspection, and verification of electrical systems.
• Interface with engineers, project managers, and clients to resolve design and scope queries.
• Manage materials, documentation, and red-line mark-ups for "as-built" completion.
• Support the training and upskilling of apprentices and trades assistants.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Electrical and Service divisions.
• Ensure all regulatory requirements are meet regarding new installations.
• Ensuring all client standards are meet on time.
Qualifications & Skills
• WA Electrical Licence (current).
• S26 Supervisors qualification.
• Demonstrated experience leading multi-trade teams on industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Sound understanding of switchboard, controls, and pump system wiring.
• Strong focus on safety, planning, and quality control.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Current driver's licence and ability to travel to site as required.
• Critical thinking and faulting finding processes.
• Proven financial, risk, commercial, contractual and human resource management skills.
Desirable
• Exposure to PLC, VSD's and VSG's in dewatering space.
• HV switching or instrumentation experience.
• Prefer minimum 5 years Supervisory experience.
• Experience in Dewatering/wastewater, pump stations, or treatment systems.
