Role Description

We offer dynamic opportunities across four roles: Graduate, Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Consulting Manager. Each position is full-time and requiring a presence in Canberra while allowing some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include conducting research and analysis, delivering insights, formulating recommendations based on client needs, and contributing to project planning and execution. Senior roles involve leading projects, mentoring team members, and directly engaging with clients to drive strategic outcomes.

Requirements

  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Research capabilities and data interpretation proficiency
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in project management, client engagement, and team collaboration
  • Leadership and mentoring skills (Senior Consultant and Consulting Manager roles)
  • Understanding of government, business, or academia operational frameworks
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Business, Public Policy, or Data Science
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and deliver high-quality solutions
