We deliver high quality internal audit, IT audit and assurance services across a wide range of government departments and agencies. All of our people have a collaborative nature and enjoy working in a team as well as autonomously.

Our Senior Consultants own delivery of their activities, assume responsibility in the growth of our client's confidence, and are able to work independently. They have strong technical skills, attention to quality, and are active contributors.

Our Managers own delivery of activities and outcomes aligning with scope, budget and quality standards. They can lead workstreams or small teams, have technical depth, are skilled at identifying client needs and structuring their work approach. They are confident and have an emerging leadership maturity – balancing delivery with client relationships, and internal contributions.

About You

You are an internal auditor that has demonstrable experience in the government sector. Your experience may also include compliance and performance audit.

You can expect to be involved in a full range of audit tasks/fieldwork including planning, internal controls testing and preparing reports. You are effective in ensuring the progression and completion of audit tasks for final review and sign off.

Your skills and experience include:

• Demonstrable experience delivering internal audit and assurance services
• Senior Consultant will have between require 2-4+ years' experience and Managers will have between 5-8+ years' experience
• Under or post graduate degree - Commerce, Accounting or Finance desirable. ALL degrees will be considered
• Professional certifications like CA, CPA, CIA, CISA highly regarded
• Experience working with the Commonwealth government sector
• Highly effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly effective time management and analytical skills
• Ability to build effective relationships with clients and your colleagues
• Hold an AGSVA Baseline (minimum) security clearance, or must be an Australian Citizen and have an ability to obtain a security clearance
