Are you an experienced ServiceNow HRSD professional looking to take on a role that makes a real impact? The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) is expanding its People Connect HR Service Delivery platform and is seeking Senior Consultants with the technical expertise and passion to deliver meaningful improvements in HR service delivery.
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD (support, enhancements, and implementation).
Proven expertise in ServiceNow upgrades, including analysis and rollout of new features.
Experience in cyber security remediation and patching within enterprise platforms.
Solid understanding of Business Test Automation.
Working knowledge of Performance Analytics.
A track record of delivering in agile environments using DevOps/TFS or similar tools.
Excellent documentation skills and stakeholder engagement ability.
A passion for knowledge transfer and uplifting the skills of others.
Bonus points if you have:
* Experience with HRSD Pro features (Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Manager Hub, Predictive Intelligence).
* Previous government or large-scale enterprise project experience.
