The Role
As Human Resources Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to Directors and Managers within your client groups. This is a varied and rewarding role that combines operational HR with the opportunity to lead high-impact initiatives across recruitment, development, wellbeing and culture.
You will be instrumental in managing clerkship and graduate recruitment programs, driving learning and development activities across Melbourne and Sydney, and providing data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making at the highest levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to drive employee attraction, development and retention.
- Manage all aspects of the HR lifecycle across designated client groups.
- Lead clerkship, graduate and induction programs, ensuring a seamless employee journey.
- Oversee learning and development initiatives across both offices.
- Coaching, performance management and leading performance reviews.
- Deliver wellbeing, mentoring and career development programs that make a measurable difference.
- Provide accurate HR reporting and insights to support strategy and compliance.
About You
This role will suit an ambitious HR professional with:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Psychology.
- 4+ years' HR experience in professional services or legal environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Confidence in data-driven decision making.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with high attention to detail.
