As we continue a period of strategic growth and transformation, we are seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to join our on-site team in Tullamarine. This role will be aligned with one of our key business units and will play a vital role in delivering strategic and operational HR support that drives culture, capability, and performance across the business.

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver business-focused HR solutions.
  • Partner with managers to navigate industrial relations, complex people matters and organisational change.
  • Interpret HR policies, procedures and employment legislation, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.
  • Lead fair and consistent outcomes across people processes and decision-making.
  • Coach and support leaders to build capability and confidently manage their teams.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on people related matters and manage employee cases for your stakeholder group.

What you'll bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar HR business partnering role, ideally in a transport environment.
  • In-depth understanding and ability to interpret Australian employment law and industrial instruments (Modern Awards, EA).
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to align people initiatives with operational goals.
  • Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels.
  • Ability to work operationally across a range of initiatives.
  • High emotional intelligence, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
