to partner with our leaders and drive people strategies that support growth, performance, and a positive, values-driven culture.

As a key member of our leadership team and reporting directly to the
General Manager – People & Culture
, this role offers the opportunity to influence strategic decisions, lead change, and deliver exceptional HR outcomes in a purpose-led healthcare organisation.

About the Role

The People & Culture Business Partner will:

  • Partner with leaders across the business to provide expert advice on all people-related matters.
  • Oversee compliance with HR, Industrial Relations (IR), Work Health & Safety (WHS), and employment legislation.
  • Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition Lead and recruitment team to attract and retain top talent.
  • Drive cultural change initiatives, organisational design, and performance improvement strategies.
  • Analyse workforce data to inform strategic decisions, manage risk, and optimise costs.
  • Champion continuous improvement of HR policies, systems, and processes.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you will have the autonomy to shape strategy while staying connected to day-to-day HR operations.

What We're Looking For

You're a confident and collaborative HR leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll bring:

  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partnering or HR Manager role.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, including NES and Awards.
  • Expertise in performance management, employee relations, and change management.
  • Experience in organisational development, remuneration, and workforce planning.
  • A consultative style with the ability to influence and coach senior stakeholders.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
