$135,000 plus Superannuation

Altitude is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join a trusted provider delivering reliable broadband across rural, regional and remote Australia.

Step into a strategic and hands-on role where you will help shape the people strategy of a growing, purpose-driven organisation. This is an opportunity to partner directly with senior leaders, influence culture and capability, and drive meaningful transformation across a business that connects communities across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leaders to develop and deliver people strategies that drive performance and growth.
  • Coach and support managers to strengthen leadership capability and accountability.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance culture, engagement, and employee experience.
  • Provide expert advice on performance, conduct, and change management.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Work and employment legislation while improving HR processes and systems.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR generalist or business partnering roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and HR compliance.
  • Proven ability to influence, coach, and partner with leaders at all levels.
  • Experience delivering people initiatives that improve performance and engagement.
  • A proactive, pragmatic, and commercially minded approach — confident in a standalone HR capacity.
