We have delivered award-winning projects including Eden Floreat, Botanical Subiaco and more recently the first stage of Riviere in Applecross. Our current portfolio includes Riviere Residences stage 2, Lumiere South Perth, The Dunes in Scarborough, Muse at Artisan Place in Fremantle, Broadway in Crawley, and Claytons in Mindarie. In addition, we are about to launch our prestigious Harper Terrace on South Perth foreshore.

Uniquely, we encompass an extensive in-house development, sales, marketing, finance, and construction delivery model.

The Role:

Working with a talented and ambitious team focused on achieving outcomes, you will oversee two key projects in our portfolio.

You will have the experience and demonstrated ability to take the lead role on overseeing significant development projects throughout the various stages of their development.

Key Duties:

  • Management of project feasibilities
  • Successfully achieve all required planning approvals
  • Selection, engagement and coordination of all project consultants
  • In conjunction with Sales Director and Marketing Team, oversee the development of Sales & Marketing strategies based on market conditions and area demographics
  • Management of project budgets, program and documentation
  • Oversee built-form design to ensure market acceptance and a high-quality finished product
  • Lead the project completion and settlement process including coordination of defects

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Degree qualified in property economics, development, or a related industry such as construction
  • Proven track record in residential developments including apartments - preferably luxury products
  • Excellent organisational and critical thinking skills
  • Proven problem-solving & negotiation skills with strong analytical capability
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability and experience in planning, organising, and coordinating development, design, construction and marketing of apartment developments
  • Experience in managing and directing consultants to generate successful results on time and on budget
  • Key leadership and mentoring skills in working with younger team members
