At Karmo, we're reinventing car ownership with flexible vehicle subscriptions that make driving simple, affordable and fun. We're growing fast and looking for a Customer Experience Team Leader to lead our Concierge team and deliver an outstanding customer journey from enquiry to delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and motivate the Concierge team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Help customers choose the right subscription for their lifestyle.
  • Smash sales and retention targets while keeping things simple and friendly.
  • Manage subscriptions, contracts, servicing and handovers with precision.
  • Work closely with our operations and delivery teams to keep customers smiling.

What You'll Bring

  • Solid automotive experience ideally in service, sales, or customer delivery.
  • A valid Australian Driver's Licence is a must
  • Passion for people and problem solving.
  • Leadership skills or readiness to step up into a lead role.
  • Strong communication and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and drive to grow with an expanding business.
