TRAFFIC CONTROL TEAM LEADERS & TMA DRIVERS

Southern Cross Traffic Management is based in Southwestern Sydney. At Southern Cross we value the importance of diversity through our whole community. Our strategy involves dedicating our efforts towards creating innovative opportunities that engage Indigenous Australian jobseekers, providing mentoring, coaching, education, training, cultural awareness.

We have crews operating in Sydney metropolitan area and Southern, Northern & Western Sydney. We have employed and trained numerous workers from the Sydney and are proud that we have spent considerable time and resources to produce workers who are highly trained in our area of expertise. We have established and developed systems that have proven to be efficient and highly workable in supporting our work activities.

What we are looking for:

Southern Cross Traffic is currently seeking experienced Team Leaders & TMA Drivers with proven industry experience to join our business in Sydney and Great Sydney for ongoing day and night shifts.

Applicant must have:

  1. Valid Driver's Licence

  2. 2+ years' experience on Team leading (not essential)

  3. Ability to do Asphalting jobs (not essential)

  4. Service stream, NBN, Lendlease (wireless), Downer & BMD inductions (not essential)

  5. Ability to pass safety checks including WHS & Drug & Alcohol testing.

  6. Excellent communication skills (can be trained)

  7. Valid White Card & relevant traffic tickets, PWZTMP will be given higher preference
