Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the locks, doors and windows department
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock control of locks and related hardware
  • Coordinate with technicians and clients to ensure timely delivery and installation
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting systems
  • Lead and support a small team, ensuring high standards of service and safety
  • Liaise with suppliers and ensure compliance with industry standards

Proven experience in locksmithing or lock hardware management

  • Strong organisational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with inventory systems and basic reporting tools
