Store Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the locks, doors and windows department
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock control of locks and related hardware
- Coordinate with technicians and clients to ensure timely delivery and installation
- Maintain accurate records and reporting systems
- Lead and support a small team, ensuring high standards of service and safety
- Liaise with suppliers and ensure compliance with industry standards

Proven experience in locksmithing or lock hardware management

- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with inventory systems and basic reporting tools
