Qualifications & experience

  • Pool Shop or Pool Service Experience or Experience in a similar position within the Pool industry would be preferred.

  • You will be self motivated, resourceful and take initiative.

  • A multi-tasker with great time management skills and the ability to work on several tasks at once.

  • You will have a "Can -Do" attitude- you will have the ability to work by yourself and get the job done with minimal direction and supervision.

  • You will possess a positive attitude which reflects our company culture.

  • You will have excellent customer service skills with the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve pool issues.

  • You will be sales driven.

  • You will be fit and healthy- with some heavy lifting required

  • You will work well with others and be a valued member of a friendly, inclusive and happy team.

  • Most importantly you will be honest, with a strong work ethic and be a reliable member of our team.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • You will be a key member of business. Customer service is the cornerstone of our success and you will responsible for providing a great onsite and instore service experience for our pool service clients.

  • This is a full time position= Tuesday to Saturday (Saturday to 2pm) with every Sunday and Monday off

  • This will be a diverse role and include both onsite quoting, some pool servicing & cleaning, equipment delivery, as well as store based sales & customer service.

  • You will conduct instore and onsite pool water analysis and use these results to provide the best products for our clients.

  • You will provide pool handover tutorials to our new pool customers

  • You will assist with stock management, shop prestation and cleanliness.

  • You will have the ability problem solve. Resolving and troubleshooting basic pool issues and provide solutions.

  • You will be sales orientated & customer focused
