Call Centre Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our award-winning Contact Centre team. This is an excellent opportunity for you to elevate your customer service career while supporting one of our Federal Government clients.

This role comes with a level of responsibility in ensuring the integrity and compliance of information and customer data. You will be assisted by a team of Customer Contact Officers as well as a supportive Team Leader and management team.
