Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Junior Software Engineer, based in Brisbane, QLD. The Junior Software Engineer will be involved in day-to-day tasks such as assisting in software development projects, writing and debugging code, participating in team meetings, collaborating with Senior Engineers, and learning best practices in software engineering. The role also includes documentation, testing, and providing support for ongoing projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level engineers or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience across the software development lifecycle and grow within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development principles
  • Experience or familiarity with Back-End Web Development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
  • Proficiency in Programming languages and techniques
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or currently pursuing)
