Project Administrator

Currently **Western Geotechnical & Laboratory Services **is seeking the services of a Project Administrator to support our remote on-site testing operations.
As our rapid growth continues and with a strong pipeline of projects requiring our expertise commencing shortly, we are looking to bolster the team at the Welshpool facility.
**Role**
To be successful in the role of Project Administrator you will need to possess the following skills and attributes:
- Project management experience in the soil testing industry
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining rosters for remote mine site projects
- Logistics planning and resource allocation for remote mine sites
- Effective communication skills to enable the liaison with clients and staff to fulfil mobilisation, site access and onboarding requirements for site-based staff.
- Strong ability to manage project-related procurement activities for both base labs and remote sites.
- Detailed document control competence to satisfy NATA compliance requirements as it relates to AS1289 for field testing.
- Maintain open lines of communication between client representatives to facilitate staff onboarding and mobilisation.
- Asset management pertaining to each specific project including life cycle cost strategies.
