About the roleDragon Australia is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our industry leading team in managing our growing residential book. What you'll bring

  1. Demonstrated experience and proven track record in property management, with a current certificate of registration
  2. Professional language fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, with Australian citizenship or permanent residency status
  3. A current driver's license and your own vehicle – car parking is provided by the company
  4. Excellent communication, collaboration and negotiation skills when dealing with customers
  5. Keen attention to detail and the ability to think effectively on your feet
  6. Most importantly, a positive, proactive, and solution-focused attitude

What you'll do

  1. Effectively manage a portfolio of residential properties, including advertising, leasing, tenant management, property inspections, and coordinating maintenance and repairs
  2. Proactively communicate with tenants and landlords to address any issues and provide high-quality, solution-focused care
  3. Effectively manage the pipeline, bringing in new clients and properties, and finding high-quality tenants for existing properties
  4. Maintain accurate accounting records and property documentation to comply with relevant legislation and regulations
  5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the property management team
