**The Opportunity**:
What does this job involve?
You’ll be responsible for the administration and coordination facets of the day-to-day management, operation and promotion of high-end residential developments. You will liaise with stakeholders of the property, you’ll be a strong communicator, and have a natural interest in building and maintaining relationships.

The Assistant Building Manager will work closely with the Senior Building Manager at a Complex Mixed-use complex in the heart of Sydney CBD.

**Responsibilities**:
Track contractor compliance
Manage move-ins/outs and loading dock deliveries for the retail portion
Track budgets
Issue work orders
Inspect buildings for non-compliance and track maintenance schedules
Stakeholder management
