Educated single male required, could suit non-smoking, non-alcohol using, drug-free international student who is a good driver, which is essnetial - using the employer's Hybrid Toyota.

You will need to supply both sides of your driving license to secure an interview. Employer is a mature-age businessman with vision impairment exacerbated by an accident at a previous agricultural enterprise; however, i still actively enjoy swimming and walking, and expect my employee to support me in this and other exercise and outings that limited vision might otherwise make hazardous.

Salary package according to skills etc includes on-site separate fully furnished accommodation, bathroom, etc; internet and all utilities. Residences in Sydney and Brisbane have on have on-site pools and gyms.

Courses such as for real estate management and accounting or whatever appropriate could be paid for. Duties include usual Personal Asisstant work plus garden and other household other property that might be renovated an awaiting lease or sale. although my work is in property and other assets, my PhD is in Social Work Disability Studies.. My inbterests are in all cultures, particularly Chinese and Asian, music (not much Opera now that I've seen most - don't mind taking someone to something I've seen, however).

This job would NOT suit persons politically disposed to the so-called Right, not for admirers of Trump and so-called Trickle-down Economics. It also would NOT suit anyone in any kind of cult or organised religion from the Middle East. Non-organised Spritualism and Buddhism ok - unless hteres some extremity I've yet to hear about. Anyone who thinks Taylor Swift is transmitting Satanic messages is NOT welcome. Good humour and love of dogs - not cats - and animals is welcome (As I still travel, having a dog again is not an option yet) .
