- Liaise with regulators, industry bodies, and other stakeholders.
- Provide leadership, support, and guidance to trainers, assessors, and administrative staff.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality training delivery.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in RTO management, compliance, or senior operational roles.
- Demonstrated understanding of ASQA requirements and the VET Quality Framework.
- Proven ability to develop and implement RTO systems, policies, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Desirable Qualifications & Attributes
- Experience in RTO start-up or re-registration processes.
- Strong understanding of healthcare or community services training packages.
- Postgraduate qualification in education, compliance, or business management.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to implement practical compliance solutions.
What We Offer
- The opportunity to lead and shape the establishment of a new RTO.
- A collaborative environment with a focus on quality, compliance, and integrity.
- Flexible contract or part-time arrangements during the registration phase.
- Competitive remuneration, commensurate with experience.
