Business Trainer and Assessor

Enlighten Talent Pty Ltd trading as Greenwood Academy Animal Care and Agriculture is an RTO and CRICOS based in the Sydney Central Business District. We are a values-based organisation offering accredited AQF training products from ACM and BSB training packages. Our students are our principle focus in which we provide quality industry leading learning, training, assessment and work placement systems to ensure students are empowered to follow their career paths.

We are currently seeking Diploma of Business Trainer and Assessor to deliver, train and assess the BSB50120 Diploma of Business (Operations)

Key areas of Responsibility

v Prepare, plan, and deliver training and assessment in BSB50120 Diploma of Business (Operations)

v Provide ongoing student academic support to ensure academic progression.

v Ensure that all NVR and standards for RTO's 2015 are complied with

v Ensure that all training and assessment policies and procedures are complied with

v Develop engaging learning experiences through utilising a variety of differing techniques and training practices to ensure a positive and rewarding student experience.

v Trainers and Assessors must meet all required compliance requirements.

v Utilise diverse learning resources to ensure a positive and rewarding student experience.

v Undertake regular professional development to ensure industry and vocational currency

v Proactively identify students that require additional assistance and intervention strategies

v Must be available for 10 week term delivery

v Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) preferably E Skilled

Qualifications and Experience

v Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116

v Diploma in Business BSB50120 or higher

v Minimum 3 years industry experience

v Minimum 3 years vocational education and training experience

v Demonstrated experience in complying and the implementation of RTO Standards and National Code 2018

v Current knowledge of the ESOS framework

v Demonstrated knowledge of delivering effective training and learning systems in both group and online.

v Proficient use of Microsoft software applications

v Demonstrate current professional development within industry

v Proven communication, facilitation, and organisational skills

Reporting to the Academic Manager/CEO/PEO

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sydney NSW 2000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • RTO training: 1 year (Required)

  • Australia (Required)
