Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and delivering course materials aligned with the Training and Assessment Strategy (TAS).
  • Guiding students through assessments and supporting them in achieving their qualifications.
  • Ensuring all assessments are conducted in compliance with the Standards for RTOs 2015 and ASQA guidelines.
  • Maintaining accurate records of training delivery, assessment outcomes, and student progress.
  • Participating in validation and moderation activities as required by the RTO.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: Advanced diploma of Leadership Management(BSB60420 ), or Advanced Diploma of Project Management (BSB60720).
  • Mandatory: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience delivering and assessing project management training in the VET sector.
  • Strong understanding of competency-based assessment principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently with professionalism and attention to compliance.
  • Experience in developing and contextualising training materials is highly regarded.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week
