We've grown quite a bit since then, and today we are a global footwear and leather goods brand, offering classic quality and style for both Men & Women. In Australia, we are very well established with over 30 company-operated retail stores and independent retailers. The business also distributes Bogs, the American waterproof boot brand, via independent retailers.

We are looking for a Product Co Ordinator to join our Planning & Product team. In this role you'll be working closely with our Product & Planning Managers to manage all aspects of product registration, samples, purchase order raising & more
This is a rare opportunity for someone who thrives working in fast paced, detailed oriented environment with the opportunity to grow your skill set.
The Role
As the Product Co Ordinator your key responsibilities will include:
- Prepare detailed product specifications for all new seasonal ranges.
- Manage all sample orders in line with the company's critical path, including tracking and coordination.
- Order collation & Purchase Order raising from Buy Plans, including barcode generation & labels.
- Maintain accurate product registrations and price files using internal ERP systems.
- Manage seasonal product image uploads and data transfers.
- Liaise with domestic and international suppliers regarding sample development and tracking.
- Clear communication with internal stakeholders of order expected delivery dates & any delays.
ABOUT YOU
You will be
- Strong data entry capabilities with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Publisher, Word, and Outlook.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Highly organised and capable of working to tight deadlines.
- Prior experience or formal education in fashion or footwear is highly desirable.
- Experience within product support role will be highly regarded.
As a vital member of our product team, you will actively contribute to keep things running seamlessly behind the scenes while fostering strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders. If you enjoy bringing structure to processes, solving problems, and multitasking this could be your perfect fit.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual who will:
- have a great sense of humour, patience and resilience
- 2+ years in a product role
- be proficient with Microsoft Excel
- possess excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- have effective verbal and written communication abilities
- have a proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently
- demonstrate willingness to take on new responsibilities and support the team as needed.
