About The Job
As Executive Assistant to the Chief Officer – Member Experience, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the success of a senior executive leading a fast-paced, large division that includes Member Experience, Digital, Data Science, Claims operations, Contact Centre Operations and Membership Team. You will act as a trusted partner, anticipating needs, managing complex priorities, and ensuring seamless execution of strategic and operational responsibilities. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, discretion, and the ability to think several steps ahead.
About You
To be successful in the role you bring:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite leaders
- Strong initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to work autonomously
- High level of discretion and commitment to confidentiality
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- A proactive, adaptable approach to changing priorities
- Outstanding organisational and administrative capabilities
- Confidence liaising at executive levels, with the ability to multitask and perform under pressure
Desirable
- Knowledge of Health Insurance Industry
- Understanding the role/scope of a Chief Officer
