The Opportunity
We're seeking an
exceptional Executive Assistant
to partner directly with an Elite Sales Agent, managing operations, marketing, and client communications across some of Queensland's most prestigious properties.
You'll play a pivotal role behind the scenes — orchestrating seamless campaigns, ensuring world-class client experiences, and helping drive the continued growth of a top-tier business.
This position offers
flexible working hours

from an award-winning Ray White office.
Your Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end campaign coordination and management
— from submissions and information memorandums to brochures, print media, and signboards - Oversee all campaign logistics
, including booking and managing trades, stylists, photographers, and marketing contractors to ensure seamless property launches - Design and schedule marketing materials
using Canva, InDesign, AgentBox, and VaultRE - Assist with digital communications
— social media content, podcasts, e-newsletters, and quarterly market reports - Prepare high-impact listing presentations and prospecting materials
to showcase Brisbane's finest properties - Manage CRM systems and client databases
, ensuring data accuracy and streamlined marketing workflows - Provide on-site support (as required)
at open homes, auctions, and VIP client events - Research market data and buyer insights
to assist with appraisal reports and pricing strategies - Handle contracts and compliance
using Realworks and DocuSign with precision and professionalism - Deliver an exceptional client experience
built on confidentiality, attention to detail, and service excellence

You are:

You have:
- Minimum 2 years' experience
in real estate (or luxury professional services) - A current
Certificate of Registration (QLD) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Canva, InDesign, VaultRE/AgentBox
- A reliable vehicle, QLD driver's licence, laptop, and phone
Weekend and evening availability is required on occasion for key events and auctions.
