Executive Assistant to Directors
Who we are
We're Locale Property Group – the umbrella behind Locale Homes, Locale Wealth and Locale Financial.
Our purpose? To help people build, grow, and own their futures. Whether it's finding the perfect first home, unlocking long-term wealth through property, or making finance feel less "finance-y," we're here to shake things up and make a real impact.
- Locale Homes
is changing the game for first home buyers, offering an independent and customer first approach to building. - Locale Wealth
empowers Australians to create financial freedom through smart property strategies. - Locale Financial
delivers a refreshing, transparent approach to finance, aligned with our clients' goals.
We're ambitious, innovative, and growing fast – expanding nationally, building new business units, and making bold moves across property, finance and wealth.
Now, we're seeking a highly professional Executive Assistant to partner directly with our directors and leadership team.
The role
This is more than a traditional EA role. As the Executive Assistant to the Directors, you'll be a trusted strategic partner across both business and personal matters; supporting three brands, an expanding group structure, and the directors' wider property and investment assets.
You'll be across business strategy and collaborate with the directors on initiatives that drive growth. This includes conducting research projects, gathering market data, analysing information, and reporting back with insights that support commercial decision-making.
You'll also take ownership of improving the way we work - embracing technology, automation, and AI-driven tools to streamline processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and find smarter ways to operate. From high level executive support through to business improvements and personal organisation, this is a role for someone who is astute, financially literate, solution-focused, and energised by creating positive outcomes.
What you'll be doing
- Executive support:
Provide high level support to the Managing Director and director, including diary and inbox management, meeting preparation, travel coordination, and confidential personal matters as required. - Property & asset coordination:
Assist in the organisation and oversight of the directors' property holdings and associated matters. - Personal support:
Manage personal organisation for the directors, ensuring their professional and personal priorities are balanced seamlessly. - Office management:
Oversee day to day office operations, ensuring systems, supplies, and environments are maintained to a professional standard. - Leadership team coordination:
Support group leadership with scheduling, project coordination, and follow-ups to ensure business functions run smoothly. - Process & systems:
Embrace technology and automation to design and implement systems that improve efficiency across the group. - Commercial & strategic support:
Collaborate with directors on business strategy, undertake research projects, gather and analyse market data, and prepare reporting that supports decision-making. - Continuous improvement:
Identify opportunities for business and operational improvements, leveraging tech, AI and modern tools to create smarter workflows. - Confidentiality & professionalism:
Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion and act as a trusted representative of the MD and director.
About you
- 5+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Financially astute and commercially savvy, with strong business acumen.
- Highly tech-savvy, confident in adopting new technology, automations, and AI tools to drive efficiency.
- Strategically minded with the ability to collaborate with directors on business priorities.
- Proven experience conducting research, collating data, and presenting insights.
- A natural organiser who thrives on keeping people, processes and projects moving.
- High level of professionalism and emotional intelligence, able to represent the directors and the business with confidence.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused, with a track record of delivering positive outcomes in dynamic environments.
What you'll get
- A pivotal role working alongside the directors of a fast-growing property group.
- Exposure across multiple business units in property, finance and wealth.
- The opportunity to shape processes, systems and strategy that support growth and efficiency.
- Direct involvement with both business and personal matters at a strategic level.
- A leadership team that values your input, trusts your judgment, and supports your development.
- A collaborative and professional office environment in Subiaco, with flexibility and trust built in.
- The chance to grow with the group as we expand nationally and build new ventures.
Ready to step up?
If you're a highly commercial, professional and tech savvy Executive Assistant who thrives on making an impact, we'd love to hear from you.
Send us your CV and a short note about why you think this role is the right fit.
